More shows are coming....

My calendar is getting filled for the weekend shows for the rest of the year. I will be in Antrim, Henniker, Lee, Milton, Barrington , Stratham , Kingston and much more. Love meeting all you nice folks!

Sorry for this post being so late! Cat Toys Sales and Donations

Sometimes computers are not the easiest for me and I was having issues getting on to my website, sorry about that. If you have ever met me at a fair or show, you know how I like the old fashioned ways and computers can be aggravating at times for me. This post is for the sales of the felted Cat Toys and my donations to cat rescue groups. On December 4, 2018, I donated $28.00 each to NHSPCA in Stratham NH, Kitty Angels in Tyngsboro MA and Monadnock Kitty Rescue in Jaffrey NH. I sold 82 Felted Cat Toys last year! I hope all the cats enjoyed them. As you know, I get my wool from Riverslea Farm and the catnip from a local herb/tea shop in Nottingham NH for the toys. I sold out twice last year so I have started making more this winter to get ready for shows this spring.

The reason why I make these toys and then make the donations is that I LOVE CATS! I am a big supporter of TNR—-Trap Neuter Release of feral cats. Every cat is worth it to me, and when a cat turns in their feral card- even better. It is amazing how you feel when a cat trusts you after a life of trying to survive in the cold on the streets or woods.

Summer Fun at Fete Saturday!

I will be at the Summer Fete at the Lee Church Congregational on June 16th 9-3.  17 Mast Rd in Lee NH.  They will have other vendors, yard sales items, games and food.  Come and have some fun!!!

More May Shows!

I will be at the 1st Annual Spring Craft Fair/ Plant Sale event at the First Baptist Church of Brentwood , right on Rt. 125 and North Rd..  This is happening on May 19th, 10-3.  Then I will be at the Milton NH Farmer's Market being held at the NH Farm Museum on May 26.  9:30-2:30, rain or shine.  Come in and explore the NH Farm Museum!!!

May 2018 Shows coming up!

I will be doing the Kitty Angels Fair at Treasures Antiques May 5th and 6th, 9-5.  106 Ponemah Rd in Amherst NH. The fee that we pay goes to Kitty Angels, a group that helps feral cats by TNR programs. These people feed the cats everyday, fixes them and also gives them medical help when needed.  They also adopt out kittens and cats that want to turn in their 'feral cards' and want to live in a home.  As you know, I have 2 feral cats and 2 strays that were thrown out to live on their own.  I can attest that they are wonderful pets that have a lot of love to give.

Easter Eggs at Store!

I have made some Needle Felted Easter Eggs and put the in Down to Earth Garden Shop in East Kingston as well as some birds----- get you in the mood for Spring!  14 Powwow River Road--- check the store out!  Very cute and very surprising on what is in there, not your average garden shop.

Donated money to Cat Rescue groups today

I donated some money today to two local Cat Rescue groups today.  Since I have missed out on a good amount of shows this year because of being sick (I am well now, timing could have been better), I didn't sell as many cat toys this year like last year.  As you know, I make my kitty toys from wool that I get from a local farm and get cat nip from a small business in the next town over. I sell my kitty toys for $2.00 each and for each one I sell, I will give a dollar each to the groups.  This year I am giving $28.00 each to Monadnock Kitty Rescue in Jaffery, who are doing renovations on their building. The other is Kitty Angels in MA, who do a lot of work with feral cats, with TNR and adoptions with cats and kittens who find out that it is nice to have a warm home and food all the time. I have 2 ferals and 2 strays and it is rewarding to have them in my life.  Little Annie, who took us a year to catch her, loves to snuggle and get a belly rub. It was so wonderful when she did it for the first time! Oh what a feeling!

Brentwood Library Craft Fair

The Brentwood Library is having their Annual Christmas Craft Fair until right after the Holidays.  This is where local crafters bring in their items to sell and 25% of it goes back to the library.  22 Dalton Rd., right off rt. 125 near the fire station. There are several tables full of honey, soaps, knitted items, plants with cute containers and much more.  Shop at the normal hours of the library.  I have my felted animals, dryer balls, pot holders, hats, both knitted and felted and bags.
